Team Performance Dashboard

CSAT by Team and Agent shows satisfaction scores at the team aggregate level and, where privacy and statistical validity permit, at the individual agent level with appropriate benchmarking against the team distribution. CSAT variance across agents is often more actionable than aggregate CSAT. If three agents consistently generate below-average scores, that is a coaching target; if scores are uniformly low, it is a process problem.

Volume vs. Forecast compares actual incoming volume against the forecasted baseline for each day or week, with variance highlighted. Systematic positive variance (volume consistently above forecast) indicates that the forecasting model needs recalibration or that an underlying driver has changed.

Backlog Age Distribution displays the current backlog as a histogram by age bucket (under 4 hours, 4-24 hours, 1-3 days, 3-7 days, 7+ days) for each priority tier. The shape of this distribution determines where SLA risk is concentrated and what resolution velocity is required to clear the backlog within acceptable timeframes.

Top Issue Categories by Volume ranks the support contact reasons that account for the largest share of inbound volume, with trend arrows indicating whether each category is growing, stable, or declining.
